DIY Will Security FeaturesYou are allowed to create your own password at the time of registration and you may change the password of your DIY Will login id at any point of time after due registration and such a changed password is known and retained only at your end and the system would not be able to retrieve the same .We are not able to access and read any of your personal information which you have filled-in for your DIY Will Writing application - while in process or after you complete and Generate Will. It shall be your sole discretion to determine the type of access and amount of information to be provided to us in case for any operation support, technical or process related issues to seek our assistance or legal advice. WillJini.com is built with technology which does not permit anyone to see or access your details of Will at any point of time. WillJini.com does not store any of your Will details or data once you Generate Will or after expiry of 60 days from your payment for our online services for DIY Will process, whichever is earlier.
The DIY Will Writing software does not retain any data, information and/or copy of any DIY Will generated through its system. We would not be able to retrieve or produce a copy of a DIY will once generated by the system and delivered to you in word document at your registered email ID. All the data and information entered by you in the DIY Will shall be retained by the system till such time as the Will is generated or for a time of 60 days from the date of payment , whichever is earlier and on expiry thereof all the data, information and copy of DIY Will shall be erased from of our system without any further notice.
We shall not be able to access your DIY Will at any point of time. Our system does not retain any of your data, information or a copy of your DIY Will on generation and the Company will have nothing to share or disclose to any of your legal heir or any court of law about your Will generated by our DIY Will Writing software application since we do not store any of your Will.
We only retain your Personal Data and we shall use and utilize the same for the limited purpose as mentioned herein i.e., providing the services requested, sending administrative e-mails, informing about any changes or additions to the site, intimating you about our latest offers and in the manner as set-out in herein after.
We may disclose your Personal Data to the extent required by law or if we have a good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in order to comply with official investigations or legal proceedings initiated by governmental and/or law enforcement officials, including but not limited to: in response to search warrants, or court orders .
